The working language of ENC GNSS 2009 is English.
Badges
You will receive a personalized badge when collecting your conference
material at the Registration Desk.
All delegates are kindly requested to wear the badge during the entire
conference, including the social events.
Help Desk
Should you encounter any problems or have any questions during the
Conference, please visit the Registration Desk and someone from the
Conference Staff will try to assist you.
Preview Room
Speakers must go to the Preview Room (Second Floor) to test and upload
their Power Point or PDF files via PC, USB, CD or DVD, at least half
day before the start of the session.
Two technicians will be available in the Preview Room to assist and
help you in testing and uploading your presentations.

Presentatiotatiotations
Oral Sessions
This Programme is complete with the precise starting time of each
paper. The printed schedule of presentation times will be strictly
adhered to. This will enable conference attendees to efficiently
schedule the papers they need to hear. Total time reserved for each
presentation is 25 minutes. The oral presentation will be 20 minutes in
length. In addition two minutes is reserved as overhead time for the
Chairperson, who will invite the speaker and briefly introduce him, the
remaining three minutes will be used for questions and answers.
Speakers and Session Co-Chairs should be in the Speaker Room (First
Floor) before the sessions start, from 8:00-8:30 (Morning Sessions) and
from 13:00-13:45 (Afternoon Sessions), where Speakers provide the
Session Co-Chairs with a brief biography for their starting
introduction.
Speakers and chairs should be in the conference room at least 15
minutes before the sessions start.
Authors giving presentation in the morning must upload their files to
the Preview Room (Second Floor) the previous day before 17:00.
Authors giving presentation in the afternoon must upload their files to
the Preview Room (Second Floor) the same day before 10:30.
Poster Sessions
Specific area has been set aside, at the First Floor, for displaying
posters from Monday, May 4 to Wednesday, May 6.
For Poster Session I, authors must post up their poster on Monday, May
4 at the latest until 14:00. The authors are requested to remove their
posters from the boards at the end of Poster Session I, on Tuesday, May
5, at 12:30. For Poster Session II, authors must post up their poster
on Tuesday, May 5, from 13:00-14:00.
They will find their reserved place by referring to the number on the
paper. Authors are kindly asked to stand by their posters during the
sessions allocated to this purpose to answer questions.
Each poster board measures 100x200 cm (width x height) and is made of
wood covered by tissue. The suggested format for the poster is A0
(84x120 cm).
Authors are responsible for mounting their own posters. The conference
organizers will provide the material to fix the posters on the
boards.
Proceedings
The Conference Proceedings on DVD will be sent by mail after the
conference and will be uploaded on ENC web site.
The Book of Abstracts is included in the Participant Bag.
Meals
Breakfast is included in the room rate at the Conference Hotels. All
luncheons and coffee breaks during the Conference, the Icebreaker Party
on Sunday, the Gala Reception on Monday and the Farewell Party are
included in the Conference Standard Registration Fee.
Messages and Information
Messages will be recorded and posted on a bulletin board in the
registration area. It is not possible to page conference attendees.
Internet Access
WiFi Internet access is possible in every meeting room and in any
public space, free of charges.
Login and Password will be provided on request during registration.
During the conference hours, there is also Internet access in the
Internet Point (Level 2), which has 20 PCs.
Liability and Insurance
Neither the Conference Organizers, not the Parthenope University of
Naples will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury
to person or property during the Conference.
Participants are recommended to arrange for their personal travel and
health insurance
